About
Built from inside the building

Taberna started at Sterling, a six-unit building on West Superior Street in Duluth, Minnesota, where independent makers share a floor and an event room. One of the tenants builds software. The building needed a coordinator it couldn't afford. So.
It belongs to a small federation of purpose-built tools (each with its own database, its own login, its own vocabulary) rather than one big CRM bent into shape. Your data stays in your building's database. Nothing is pooled.
The word is Latin: a shop, a stall, an inn. A small place of business under one roof with others.
Superior Bakery's licensing situation in the demo is fictional data used to show the compliance feature. Every tenant in the demo is illustrative.
